This case involved comprehensive restorative rehabilitation of the maxillary arch.

Treatment planning and restoration design were individualised according to the condition, remaining structure and functional requirements of each tooth.

Restorative treatment was completed where clinically required. Teeth requiring endodontic care received root canal treatment before their definitive restorations were completed.

The definitive maxillary restorations were fabricated from monolithic zirconia.

The assessment, treatment planning, restorative care, root canal treatment where required, tooth preparations and delivery of the definitive restorations were completed by Dr Behzad Fazlali.

Comprehensive maxillary restorative rehabilitation is individually planned according to the clinical condition and structural requirements of each tooth.

The type and extent of treatment depend on individual clinical and radiographic findings, remaining tooth structure, existing restorations, pulpal and periodontal health, bite, functional requirements and available restorative space.

Potential risks and complications may include sensitivity or pulpal complications that could require root canal treatment, postoperative discomfort, persistent or recurrent infection following root canal treatment, gingival or periodontal changes, recurrent decay, loss of retention, and chipping, fracture or wear of the restorations.

Ongoing review, oral hygiene, adjustment, maintenance, repair, retreatment or replacement may be required.
