The pre-treatment photograph documents the initial condition of the maxillary and mandibular dentition before complex full-mouth restorative rehabilitation.
The completed-treatment photograph documents the definitive rehabilitation of both arches using monolithic zirconia crowns and bridgework.
This case involved complex restorative rehabilitation of both the maxillary and mandibular arches.
Restorative treatment was individualised according to the condition, remaining structure and functional requirements of the involved teeth.
Root canal treatment was completed where clinically required. Selected root-filled teeth received cast post-and-core restorations to provide foundations for their definitive restorations.
The definitive full-mouth rehabilitation incorporated monolithic zirconia crowns and bridgework across both arches.
The assessment, treatment planning, restorative treatment, root canal treatment and cast post-and-core restorations where required, tooth preparations and delivery of the definitive restorations were completed by Dr Behzad Fazlali.
