The pre-treatment photograph documents the initial condition of the maxillary and mandibular dentition before full-mouth rehabilitation.
The post-treatment photograph documents the completed full-mouth crown-and-bridge rehabilitation.
This case involved comprehensive rehabilitation of both the maxillary and mandibular arches using monolithic zirconia crowns and bridges.
Treatment planning considered the remaining dentition, existing restorations, occlusion, function and available restorative space.
The vertical dimension was increased as part of the planned occlusal reorganisation.
Provisional restorations were used to assess the planned changes and evaluate the patient’s comfort, function and occlusal stability before proceeding with definitive treatment.
Following assessment of the provisional phase, the definitive crowns and bridges were fabricated from monolithic zirconia and delivered across the maxillary and mandibular arches.
The assessment, treatment planning, provisionalisation, tooth preparation and delivery of the definitive restorations were completed by Dr Behzad Fazlali.
